Ingredients

  • 16 oz Tri-colored pasta spirals
  • 1 oz Salad seasoning mix
  • 16 oz Italian style salad dressing
  • 0.5 cup Red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 2 cups Multicolored cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 Red bell pepper, small diced
  • 1 Yellow bell pepper, small diced
  • 1 can (2.25 oz) Black olives, sliced

Instructions

  • Cook the tri-colored pasta spirals according to package instructions. Drain the pasta and rinse it with cold water to stop the cooking process and cool it down quickly.
  • While the pasta cooks, wash and chop all your vegetables. Ensure your broccoli, red onion, cherry tomatoes, and bell peppers are ready to mix in.
  • In a small bowl, combine the salad dressing mix with the Italian salad dressing. Stir until well combined to ensure even flavor distribution.
  • Pour the dressing over the cooled pasta in a large mixing bowl. Toss gently to coat the pasta evenly with the dressing mix.
  • Add the chopped vegetables to the bowl with the pasta. Toss until everything is well combined, ensuring each bite is filled with flavor.
  • Refrigerate the pasta salad for at least two hours to allow the flavors to meld. Serve cold for the best taste experience.

Notes

  • Chill the pasta thoroughly and use fresh vegetables for the best flavor.
  • Adjust the dressing to your taste and feel free to add proteins like grilled chicken, shrimp, or chickpeas for a more filling dish.
